Last night I made an effort to fall asleep at 10pm. I end up waking at 1am.
I’ve beeen awake since & now I’m not even tired anymore. Why has my sleeping habits gotten so fucked up?
my body doesn’t even allow me to sleep more than 4 hours. I need my sleep. I’m losing appetite & most importantly WEIGHT. D;
